Commercial Snow Removal

Snow Removal

Halter Landscaping provides complete snow removal services for commercial properties including:

  • Plowing
  • Salting
  • Snow blowing
  • De-icing
  • Ice control
  • Shoveling
  • Sidewalk clearing and maintenance
  • Parking lot clearing and maintenance
  • Snow removal from roofs (during winters with heavy snowfall)

Many business owners may shovel, spread salt, and call it a day, but this leaves your establishment at risk of many snow-related issues! Common problems include:

  • A hefty sheet of ice covering your property. This makes it difficult to enter and exit your facility, while leaving drivers at risk of losing control in your parking lot or road.
  • Liability issues if an individual is injured on your property. This may leave your business at fault for failing to adequately respond. Ignoring the weather will only increase the chance of someone getting hurt.
  • Property damage that results from excess snow or ice. This can include freezing gutters, moisture seeping into pavement or step cracks, compromised roofs, and much more.

We meet with you before the snow begins to discuss what areas you want us to clear, where to relocate snow, obstacles to avoid, and the application of de-icing agents, if necessary. For commercial customers, having a clean, well-maintained and safe traffic area is important. These areas are normally cleared before 7:00am. We can also tailor that equipment we use to fit your specific site. This personalized service reduces the likelihood of damage that may occur when over-sized equipment is used.

Our drivers are prepared for every type of snow emergency. We are on-call twenty-four hours a day and at your service throughout the entire winter. Sign up for maintenance contract or call us when you need snow removal service.
